Welcome to The Biz Gift. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our corporate gifting services.

1. Services

The Biz Gift provides curated corporate gifting solutions, including but not limited to hampers, branded merchandise, and customised gifts for businesses across India.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Pricing is customised based on quantity, customisation requirements, and delivery specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on individual quotes. For standard orders, a 50% advance is required to commence production, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customisation complexity, and order volume. We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

5. Customisation and Brand Assets

Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand assets (logos, colour codes, etc.) in the required formats. The Biz Gift is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or low-resolution assets provided by the client.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to approval and may incur charges for work already completed. Refunds are not available for customised or personalised orders once production has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Biz Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
